The Eocortex team has released a new software version 4.2.
In this update, the development team has focused on creating new features that help you respond quickly to out-of-the-box situations and potentially significant events. By doing so, this update aims to prevent negative consequences and avert any resulting losses.

The main novelties of Eocortex 4.2 are:
Improved feature for alarm notification and alarm processing
Alarms generated by various events are set up and operate consistently. Also, it includes tools that help you quickly understand what happened and how to respond to the event as efficiently as possible.
Among the novelties – alarm queue, the ability to react to the alarm event (accept, ignore, or mark as false), tools for visualizing relevant information about a specific alarm type (text in a cell, cell frame color, sound, comment), etc.
Fall Detection module
The new AI module informs about the fallen people, which allows the operator to quickly assess the situation and take appropriate measures to provide timely assistance and prevent accidents.
The module is especially in demand in healthcare institutions, factories and plants, construction sites, and public places like shopping centers, stores, banks, etc.
New License Plate Recognition module
The enhanced, more accurate solution now brings license plate recognition functions at the parking lots and on the highways into a unified platform. The key advantages of this upgrade for users are high recognition accuracy, easy setup, and higher performance due to the possibility of using GPU.
Neural-network based Smoke and Fire Detection.
Advanced algorithms ensure fire detection faster and up to 20% more accurately in both open areas (forests, fields, etc.) and indoors, enabling you to deal with the hazard immediately and take timely measures.
Configurable Hotkeys enable rapid execution of daily tasks within the desktop application and immediate response to system events. You can use the standard hotkeys in the configurator application or set up your hotkeys for 45+ actions in the client applications. These are just some of the novelties and improvements of the version intended for quick response to potential threats and abnormal situations.
