Integration with messengers
Eocortex users can quickly acquire the needed information from their systems using a familiar and convenient communication channel - through instant messengers that they use every day. This feature is currently supported for Viber, Telegram and Facebook Messenger.
The feature is developed as the Eocortex chatbot service that connects system servers and messenger platforms. The user can interact with his system by sending text commands to the bot in Viber, Telegram or Facebook Messenger and receiving the requested data in response
How it works
Eocortex chatbot allows user to receive the following in messengers:
- frames from the live view of system cameras
- frames from the archive recordings of system cameras
- technical report on the system state (connection stability, status of cameras and servers, archive depth)
- real-time notifications about the triggering of detectors or intelligent modules
- real-time notifications about issues in the system
