South Africa's video surveillance market is quite competitive, showing the stable overall growth following the increase in other industries coupled with increasing urbanization rate. At the same time, Macroscop considers the huge market potential available for our innovative and unique solutions.

At the Securex SA TecSec Distribution presented Macroscop's unique development - Suspect tracking Intelligent module. Basically, Suspect tracking allows to sequentially observe the movement of a person going through different cameras of video surveillance system. I am sure, that this solution will be extremely popular while operating in the large surveillance systems when it is not enough just to find the particular person in the archive, but also to observe this person's track between various cameras' field of view. We introduced this solution and were impressed by the number of positive reviews and continuous questions - people literally queued to look at these Intelligent modules in operation.

Macroscop exclusive partnership with TecSec Distribution - the leading distributor in the region - is of strategic importance to our business in Southern Africa. Macroscop business model here goes beyond just the software distribution, as we aim to deliver partners high-level sales and technical expertise in both before and after the video surveillance system installation. The proactive approach to our collaboration, accompanied by enhanced training support is supposed to strengthen Macroscop positions at South Africa's market shortly. In this case, the end customer is not the final link and is now benefiting not only from the cost savings but also from the improved functionality, clarity, and reliability of the video surveillance system.
